Communications Consent (Phone, Text & Email)
Effective date: June 2, 2026
This page explains how Employee Retirement Litigation Group (“we,” “us”) contacts people who submit information through https://example.com, and the consent you provide when you do.
Your consent when you submit a form
When you submit a case-review form, intake funnel, or calculator lead form and provide your phone number and/or email, you agree that Employee Retirement Litigation Group and any co-counsel with whom we work may contact you about your inquiry by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email, including:
- calls or texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, where applicable; and
- contact at the phone number and email address you provide, even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list.
Consent is not a condition of any service or representation. You can ask questions or request a review without agreeing to automated marketing contact; you may instead contact us directly at (800) 555-0144 or intake@erlg.law.
Sample checkbox language
I agree that Employee Retirement Litigation Group and its affiliated co-counsel may contact me at the phone number and email I provided — including by automated technology, prerecorded messages, and text — about my inquiry. I understand consent is not required to obtain services, that message and data rates may apply, and that I can opt out at any time. I have read the Privacy Policy and this Communications Consent.
Message frequency, rates, and help
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP to any text or contact intake@erlg.law.
How to opt out / revoke consent
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop further texts.
- Phone calls: tell the caller you wish to be placed on the internal Do-Not-Call list, or contact (800) 555-0144 / intake@erlg.law.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact intake@erlg.law.
We will honor opt-out requests as required by law. Revoking consent will not affect contact necessary to respond to a request you have already initiated, to the extent permitted.
Calling hours and practices
We intend to contact you only during permissible hours and in accordance with applicable federal and state telemarketing and consumer-protection laws.
Email (CAN-SPAM)
Marketing emails will identify the sender, include a valid physical mailing address, and provide a working unsubscribe mechanism. We process unsubscribe requests promptly as required by law.
Recordkeeping
We maintain records of the consent you provide, including the date, time, the language shown, and the IP address, which helps demonstrate compliance.
