How This Site Works
Effective date: June 2, 2026
We want to be transparent about what this Site is and how it works.
What this Site is
This Site is the website of Employee Retirement Litigation Group, a law firm that represents participants in 401(k), 403(b), pension, and ESOP plans in ERISA litigation in federal courts nationwide. The Site provides information and interactive tools to help retirement-plan participants understand whether they may have a claim.
How we are paid
We typically handle ERISA participant matters on a contingency-fee basis, meaning we are paid only if there is a recovery, subject to court approval where applicable. We will explain any fee arrangement in writing before you sign an engagement agreement.
What happens after you contact us
- An intake team member reviews your submission and may follow up by phone, text, or email to gather additional facts.
- An attorney evaluates whether your situation may support an ERISA or related claim.
- If we believe we can help — and you wish to proceed — we will send a written engagement agreement. We may also work with independent co-counsel where appropriate, subject to professional-responsibility rules.
- We do not guarantee that any attorney will accept your matter or that any particular result will be achieved.
No attorney-client relationship through this Site
Using this Site or submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is formed only by a separate, signed agreement with our firm. See our Disclaimer.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, and how we contact you is described in our Communications Consent.
